### What can free users not do?
Free tier users cannot export documents (Word, PDF, or plain text). This is a binding product restriction per the Terms of Service.

### Does ClauseInk offer a refund?
Yes. A 30-day refund policy applies to first-time ClauseInk Pro purchases only, subject to conditions stated in the Terms of Service. The Terms of Service is the binding source — not the marketing pricing page.

### Can I cancel ClauseInk anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. The Terms of Service defines what happens at the end of a billing period after cancellation.

### What AI provider does ClauseInk use?
ClauseInk uses OpenAI as its AI processing provider. OpenAI is called only when a user triggers an AI feature.

### Does ClauseInk train AI models on my data?
No. Public privacy and security pages state that user data is not used to train AI models. OpenAI does not store or learn from ClauseInk user data per these pages.

### Where does ClauseInk store data?
User data is stored on Supabase — encrypted PostgreSQL on U.S.-located servers — per the public privacy policy.

### Does ClauseInk use OpenAI?
